MEDITATION SCHEDULE

Every FRIDAY from 19.30h a 21:15h
We offer Meditation instruction.

GOOD NEWS! Starting in October, we will return to the center for our Friday meditation sessions. We will need to limit the number of people who can meditate in the meditation hall in order to ensure the the safety of all during this time of COVID. For this reason, if you would like to come to the center, it is required that you first contact the group to let us know. You can do that using our contact page or sending us an email at [email protected] . Thank you.
